adult AND family life ministry
FAMILY MINISTRY
Middle Creek Church recognizes that the vitality of its ministries is a measure of the health of its members and families; in turn, those members and families look for a safe, nurturing environment in which to grow. There is also have a Family Life Ministries team to plan programs designed to support the families and marriages in our congregation.

WINTER ADULT SCHEDULE
Adult sessions for the Fall months will be based on the
Kyle Idleman's "God's at War" Video Series
There are gods at war within each of us.
They battle for the throne of our hearts, and much is at stake. This is why idolatry is the most discussed problem in the entire Bible. Behind every sin struggle that you and I have is a false god that is winning the war in our lives.
Don’t give in to the myth that gods are only statues that people of other cultures or long ago worshiped. Pleasure, romance, sex, money, and power are just a few of the gods that vie for our allegiance in today’s society.
Join Kyle Idleman in this study, as he explores these gods. When the Lord God takes His rightful place on the throne of our hearts, we will have victory.
January 7 - (Session 1) "Gods at War"
January 21 - (Session 2) "God of Pleasure"
February 4 - (Session 3) "God of Love"
February 18 - (Session 4) "God of Money"
March 4 (Session 5) "God of Power"
March 18 - (Session 6) "God of Me"

Women’s Bible Studies & Classes for the Winter
"The Way of Wisdom - A Study of the Book of Proverbs"
- by Jen Wilkin, Ruth Chou Simons, Kelly Minter, Adrienne Camp, Elizabeth Woodson, and Courtney Doctor
Begins Wednesday, Feb. 11 - April 1 from 9:00 - 10:45 AM
- The book of Proverbs describes godly wisdom as a path that leads to life and flourishing. It also warns of the folly of worldly wisdom as a path that leads to the grave. Six different authors will invite us to place our feet firmly on the path of life revealed in the book of Proverbs. As we consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money management, leadership influence, and more, we will discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to steadily walk God’s way in God’s world.
- There is a workbook with video access (provided at the first session), group discussion and a DVD. The cost of the workbook is $25.00.
